- Easy Upgrade
Easy Upgrade for the 475 and 375 Field Communicators allows you to add new System Application software and Device Descriptions via the Internet for a period of 3 years. You can update your communicator onsite instead of having to send it to a service center to have new device drivers, functionality, or licenses added.
- Online Licensing: The online licensing capability provided with Easy Upgrade allows you to enable new options for your Field Communicator over the internet.
- Device Descritions: The Easy Upgrade website is updated approximately every three months with the latest Device Descriptions (DDs) from both the Fieldbus Foundation and the HART Foundation. The three month interval is based on the quarterly public release of DDs from the HART Foundation.
- System Software: Take advantage of all the 475 and 375 Field Communicators have to offer with the latest software revisions using your Easy Upgrade Utility.
